- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies specifically per job and type of loss. Mostly water damage losses can be submitted through insurance to help pay for Most or if not all of the project. Our goal is for the job to be done efficiently and effectively!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We 1st introduce ourselves and explain what we do. We ask questions regarding the project and see if we're the right company for you. We only do work that we have experience with, we want you to be comfortable and have confidence in what we do. We typically show recent projects that are similar to yours and explain similarities to help you understand the process and how we will tackle your job. We then will explain pricing and if we come to an agreement we will schedule at the earliest possible time to start working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified which is the international organization that sets the standard for the whole restoration industry!
