We are a full service architectural design firm that has over 20 years of varied experience in residential, commercial, religious, municipal, restaurant, educational, automotive and light industrial projects.
This includes the design of new buildings, renovations and additions, as well as the careful development of site plans. We are licensed in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
We will be your advocate during all of the phases of your project, providing consultation during the development process, and providing assistance in navigating New Jersey’s regulations to allow you to obtain the necessary approvals. This includes local planning and zoning board of adjustment applications, county applications, and state agencies.
Once construction has started, we can also be your eyes and ears on the site, making sure that the contractor is building what was designed. We can also review and approve the contractor’s payment applications and project shop drawings.
Let us help you design a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and creative structure that will meet your needs, now and in the future.
Please feel free to check our website for sample projects of different sizes and types.

Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We take pride in being able to work on a wide variety of projects. We work on new construction as well as renovations, additions, and reuse of old buildings for new purposes. We do residential, commercial, light industrial, restaurant, educational, municipal, and other building types.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. You can not just base your choice of a professional on price. Your home or business is probably one of your biggest assets. You have to be comfortable with the person and firm you will be entrusting your assets. This is one area not to try and cut corners. You will live with these decisions that are made for a very long time.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The one thing that a lot of people do not initially understand is the timing on project. We work to keep projects moving forward and on time, however there are a lot of outside forces out of our control, and the client's control, that add time. Most common is seeking municipal, county, or state approvals, if required.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. You can always do some background research to gather ideas and pictures of things you like... and things you do not like. You don't have to do an exhaustive search - that's what we do for you. But if you can give us some ideas or examples that show your thoughts, then that provides a jump-start to the design process.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Besides having a very diversified body of work in many project types and sizes, we also take pride in working very closely with owners AND contractors to create the spaces desired, but also to make sure the construction is done in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. One of the biggest benefits is being able to meet new people and use our expertise to turn their visions into a tangible reality. The creation of something which improves their business, or their personal life, is what we specialize in, and strive to deliver.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most common question is on the cost of doing a project. That is hard to answer since every project is unique. After meeting with the client and seeing the facility or discussing the ideas, then we can put together a detailed proposal for the architectural design work.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. As architects, to maintain our licenses we spend time on continuing education to keep on top of new products and methods of construction. Since we are also members of the American Institute of Architects, our education requirements focus on the health, safety and welfare of building occupants. We also focus on sustainable construction methods.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Sustainable, or "green", construction methods are becoming more widespread. We have clients that are looking not only to create the new spaces they need, but they also want to make their homes more energy efficient. This is something that we have spent a lot of time learning about, and working on, over the past few years.
