- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One session a week is $70. Two sessions a week is $60 per session. Three sessions a week is $50 per session. More then 3 sessions a week is $40 per session. I am more than willing to work with you financially if these prices are out of your range...lets discuss travel time and scheduling...I have always been able to work something out with everyone :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have become certified in BOSU and pilates. I have taken courses on injury prevention and training while pregnant. I have learned how to exercise with minimal equipment and space and also how to work with injured individuals especially low back related injuries. I have also taken courses in how to successfully change your lifestyle to coincide with the goals you have set for yourself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide weight training, cardio, balance, flexibility and coordination exercises and coincide with each client's needs, wants and specific goals.
