Introduction: We offer a 4-week fat loss program called XR-30, which stands for "Xtreme-Results in 30 minutes"!
XR-30 is a specialized personal training program that specializes in delivering extreme results in half the time! Sessions are 30 minutes and deliver much more than other programs, lasting much longer. There are different levels of intensity to this program, so that it can be altered to fit your personal needs!
You can expect to use free weights, kettle bells, boxing, medicine balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, TRX, weighted bars, body weight, gliders and a bunch of other goodies. But the secret is not in the equipment; it's the arrangement of the exercises and being able to challenge multiple energy systems. While doing this, you are consistently challenging your body and pushing for maximum results in a safe and structured way!
