We hired Ainor to install a new Broan exhaust fan with heater to replace the existing one. He promptly showed up in person to check that the work can be done and gave a reasonable estimate and timeline to complete the work. He also warned us during the estimate that the installation process may break the ceiling tile holding the current one. Once the new item arrived, he performed the installation work promptly and most important The job was neat and clean. The drop ceiling tile did have a break as expected and he agreed to replace it for us at no charge, even though we knew it would happen. Ainor and his work partner came as soon as we were able to buy new ceiling tiles and did a good job of replacing them too. We could not be more happier with the work and how the outcome appears. If you have an electrical work to be done, I would recommend Ainor in a blink of the eye, especially for the attention he pays to details and being reasonable.

I first reached out to Ainor for an emergency electrical issue at my mom’s house that she just moved into. Anior was there within an few hours and immediately solved our issue- turns out we had some bad wiring that 3 other electricians missed and could have resulted in a fire. While that was enough for me to leave a 5 star review for Anior - he then took on several other jobs we had. He installed new ceiling lighting, counter lighting, replaced hardware around the house, and installed new outlets where needed. I’ve worked with several contractors for my own home renos and I can honestly say Ainor is by the far most honest, patient and detailed person I’ve worked with. Most contractors do your list, charge you a fortune and are in a race to the next job- doing things fast and often leaving a mess for you at the end. But Ainor went to my moms for 4 days straight and gave her ALL of his time while he was there as we continued to add things to our list. He provided super helpful, creative, and innovative reccomendations to help us get through our list AND never as a reason to upcharge but soley because he believes in the job being done right and to perfection. His pricing is extremely fair and the work and time he puts in shows he truly cares and is committed to helping his clients. I cannot say enough good things about Anior. We’ll even be hiring him to paint the place next month. 10/10 highly reccomend for his knowledge, work, pricing & hospitable nature. THANK YOU ANIOR!
