Although I normally dont post reviews I felt compelled do so for Dan Marney and GameTime Catering. I have had the opportunity to use GameTime Catering for two cocktail parties at my home. In both cases Dan and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. The GameTime staff are always professional, courteous, and have a great demeanor. The food that Chef Dan prepares is excellent and it is obvious that he takes great pride in doing a top-notch job. From helping me to select the menu, to the event set up, to their great attitude during the events, and through the clean-up at the end of the event GameTime's service has always been top notch. I plan to use Dan and his team again whenever I host another event and I strongly recommend GameTime Catering for any of your catering or tailgating needs. Sean S

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a ServSafe food handlers certificate. And I am constantly trying out new recipes to add to my menu.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that I do for my clients are corporate events, such as tailgates and picnics, but I have done a variety of other catering jobs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I hosted a tailgate party for a group of 500 for a High School Championship game. The party started at a 100 and quickly grew to 500. It was the biggest event I have done and everyone had an amazing time. This event was all outdoors in the elements of winter and which presented its own challenges but my team all worked together and we created a memorable event for our clients.
