- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a ServSafe food handlers certificate. And I am constantly trying out new recipes to add to my menu.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that I do for my clients are corporate events, such as tailgates and picnics, but I have done a variety of other catering jobs.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I hosted a tailgate party for a group of 500 for a High School Championship game. The party started at a 100 and quickly grew to 500. It was the biggest event I have done and everyone had an amazing time. This event was all outdoors in the elements of winter and which presented its own challenges but my team all worked together and we created a memorable event for our clients.
