Introduction: We have a large, experienced and knowledgable staff of home grown instructors and assistants. This provides for high quality instruction and a high level of personal attention. We teach a traditional form of Okinawan Karate which is an authentic, practical and well rounded method of personal self-defense. Our training program facilitates personal growth where you can forge a strong, healthy body and a confident attitude. The atmosphere in our school is friendly, family oriented and fun. Our childrens classes are energetic and fun! I love seeing people grow and improve using the art as a tool for personal growth, both physically and mentally. We teach them the skills neded to do so, but it is up to the individual to learn and utilize those skills. It is wonderful to watch them when they succeed.
