I highly recommend Burns Fitness LLC! Dan Burns was extremely accomodating, flexible and knowledgeable on the latest and best fitness techniques. He took the time to get to know me and understand what my goals were. He also understood that my failures in the past resulted in not being able to keep up with a fitness routine and developed sessions that were fun and challenged me to be better. He was always able to accomodate my busy work schedule, even training in the evenings and on the weekends. I feel that I am in the best shape of my life because of Dan and would recommend his services to anyone.

I highly recommend Dan. I tried him out last year, in the Spring of 2010, and he absolutely kicked my butt(which is a good thing!) on the initial meeting.
He has a very personable demeanor and keeps you motivated throughout your session. Definitely hope to work with him soon!

Dan is an awesome trainer. He very knowledgeable when it comes to training and eating healthly. He pushes you and gives you the strength and confidence we all need. Kickboxing is my favorite. His Awesome!!!!

A. My sessions are pretty much evenly split between outdoor training, in-home training and using my studio in Turnersville. I do cut back on the outdoor training during the winter months though.

After working as a manager in a major fitness club for many years, I've learned that personal training is about establishing trust and building a professional relationship. I always offer a free consultation/training session to give potential clients the opportunity to meet me, learn about my services, and see if we are compatiable.
