The tech person was 1 &1/2 hours late to the appointment. I had to call the company to see what was going on. I was told 30 minutes more @1:30. 1:30 arrives and no tech. I called again and then the tech called me, NY number, so I didn’t pick up. Tech texts me and says 30 minutes more. Tech arrives at 2:35pm . He assessed the situation and I agreed to his plan of repair. Tested the dryer, it worked. I said I would pay by check and he said no, I would like cash. I said no, how about Venmo, he said Zelle. I was wary. He got paid, who knows how the company 01 Appliance Repair Service does business, but I wouldn’t recommend them because of shady techs. I have used many repair companies and no one ever refused a personal check. Clean up your act!
