Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. In finding a professional pet sitter, make sure the the company is an established one with an EIN#. Verify that the company is insured and bonded. Memberships to professional organizations such as PSI, NAPPS, Red Cross, ect... are signs of professionalism.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Some pet parents insist on boarding thinking that their pet will get more attention that way. On the contrary, with a pet sitter who comes to your home on an average of 3-4 times per day allows your pet a 3-4 hour window of alone time. Kennels often will provide one-on-one attention for an extra cost. We are all about your pet!!!

A. Are you insured? Are you bonded? How many years are you in business? Does your staff undergo training, background checks, reviews?
