Laura Stinsman has done a wonderful job with the photography for Cherokee High School Football. She makes sure all of the players are photographed -- showing them at their best -- on and off the field. She never missed a game or team function. Her product offerings are exciting and a valuable tool for fund raising. The parents love her work and she is a joy to work with.

Question and answer
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. What I like most about taking photos is that I get to interact with many different people. I love watching the kids play sports and feel proud when I can provide the parents with a great portrait also.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I take photos of many high school athletes. Many of them have now moved on to play sports in college.
My list of schools includes Shawnee High School, Lenape High School, Cherokee High School and a number of private High Schools.
I am very proud to be the Cherokee Chiefs Football Photographer. They have won 2 state championships and I have been there for both of them.
The coaches and athletic staff have been extremely nice and accommodating. I have gotten to see how hard everyone works in this program and with all that hard work they accomplish great things!
I enjoy working with such hard working and dedicated athletes and coaches.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I continue to attend seminars and online classes to keep me updated in all the latest technology to do my job. I also set high standards for myself when taking photos always striving to be better.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. I feel that my greatest strength is the ability to work well with many different people. I also have a passion for photography, I know sports and I continue to learn every day.
