Introduction: Since All Dry Services opened in 2014, we have dedicated our professional team to assisting homeowners who are dealing with the aftermath of disasters. Time is important to us. We get the job done right the first time all the time; we show up on time and ready to work; we time our services to fit your schedule; and, most important, we understand that your call to us comes at a sensitive time. Because you are stressed by home events, we not only remediate your home, but we also treat you with respect and compassion. We have IICRC certified technicians. We expertise in all water and mold remediation jobs. But we do not do any reconstruction work. We provide material testing for visible mold. But we do not do any air quality test if there is no visible mold. However, we may refer you to our construction partner who has expertise in reconstruction work and hygienist partner who has expertise in air quality test.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pricing we use the industry standard Xactimate for our work. We firmly believe we deliver the highest value to and quality in our work to our customers. We have the highest quality equipment and use the highest quality plant-based cleaning solutions to restore the space to pristine conditions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We book an appointment to go to the customer's home or business for a review of the affected area. Taking pictures, drawing the dimensions of the space and affected area, we fill out a scope sheet for a specific quote to do the work. The biggest challenge with water jobs is we do not know how long the dry out will take so it can be challenging to give a precise quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified Water Damage Restoration Technicians (Register #70009142). We have been successfully doing water mitigation and mold remediation for over 7 years and built an industry leading reputation.
