Overall they did an ok job. Arrived abit late, I had to point out certain areas they "cleaned" to be cleaned again because they left dust on the windows and dirt on the walls and baseboards. There was tape on 2 of the windows and I had to show them it can be easily removed with the razor and spray bottle. The communication was not great. I expected more for the price but it is what it is. I specifically asked them to let me know if they needed anything. They did not and when I came to check spots were missed Because they couldn't reach it. They had a small 2 step ladder and they just felt it was ok to leave spots because they couldn't reach so I provided them with a ladder and asked for them to clean the spots they missed. Their attitude was ridiculous and unprofessional and I just gave up. I told them to let me know when they're finished so I could pay them and get them out. I ended up hiring someone else after to thoroughly clean what they missed. And they were my most expensive Quote. I know better for next time.

Thank you for the Review and hope god bless you really Sad to here that with the deep cleaning you where not happy when we make the apartments look like new even if it took us 16 hours of work we disposal the mattress and like 20 bags of trash and we wipe down all the walls and did the best we could the problem maybe is the the apartment need it more then a cleaning to re-rente because it had lots problems everywhere i will send the pictures to you for the before and after
