I contacted Tel-Trans and needed transportation on short notice. When speaking with Mr. Williams he put me at ease and assured me that my request was no problem and that I could be accomodated. Mr. Williams is very professional, curtious and timely. I arrived at my destination earlier then expected which made my experience even better. Mr Williams was professional, curious and flexible in setting up the service. He arrived a few minutes on the day of the trip to ensure I made it to my doctor's appt on time. He drove my car (as was discussed previously) and he made it a safe and comfortable drive. At the end of the trip, he charged exactly what was agreed upon without any hidden charges. It was an excellent experience in every aspect.
