FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are always sending our staff to conferences and educating them on the latest news about mold. There are always new chemicals or advancing equipment which can help improve the process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs that we've completed are mold remediation and water damage projects. Our technicians know this type of work better than most people and they are well trained to handle all types of situations including sewage damage or flood damage.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There was a job with a client who was very dissatisfied with the previous company who tested for mold and removed it. The mold came back a short while later and the customer said the company they hired previously wouldn't come back out without charging them although they said they would when hired. CRD had first referred the customer to an Industrial Hygienist who tests for mold and whose results are valid. They told the customer what type of mold they have and where it was present. The Industrial Hygienist also was able to point out the cause of the mold so the customer could fix the problem. They called us after the testing and gave us the report so we could remove the mold. The look and feeling of relief on the customers face was one which anyone could be proud of because it was a look of a stress free and worry free future now that he knows the problem is solved.
