Rick was able to bring my childhood piano back to life! Since it was in my mom's house, it hasn't been tuned in over 10 years..it's also very old and 2 previous tuners had difficulty trying to get it done because of how antique it is lol. He also gave great advice on what to get for our vents to protect our piano during the winter time. Thankful that Rick came to the rescue! Because of him, my daughter is now able to play the same keys I used to play when I was young. He is our go-to tuner from now on! Thank you so much! :)

Rick has tuned and maintained my two (successive) pianos for years. He is tremendously attentive, skilled, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. When my first piano was getting terribly clangy and overly bright, he worked hard to greatly improve the tone. When I eventually searched for a new piano, he advised me, inspected two potential models, and helped me pick (I got a wonderful Kawai 400, upright). He's tuned the Kawai twice and installed a great humidifier system. The piano sounds even richer, deeper and more beautiful than when I played it in the store. In short, Rick is the best!
