Our commercial and residential flooring service includes floor polishing, carpet shampooing, extracting, carpet spots, stripping, waxing, light and heavy-soiled scrubbing, sealing and wood laminating, wood finishing, dryer duct cleaning, etc.

We also clean residential homes, as well as commercial, and we also do steam cleaning.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common jobs,are commercial floor care/maintenance. We also offer heavy top soiled scrubs,
light scrubs to ceramic tile,VCT,stripping,waxing,carpet spot removal,shampoo water extraction,hardwood finishing,laminating,sealing and baseboard cleaning/Dryer vac cleaning.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We are honest,dependable and understanding. We are willing to work with anyone that is on a tight budget. Most of all we are willing to beat any price or match it along with a quality job.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. A customer who`s seeking for some floor or carpet attention should know the sq/ft/(square footage)of the room that need attention is the very first thing that needs to be done.Second they would have to explain all that they want provided to the floors and after that they will be given a list of the price of the supplies that would be needed and multiplied by the labor to do the job.Customer must be informed that if and when funiture has to be moved it will be an additonal fee for items that needs to be moved off the floor so service can be provided.If there is a empty room by the customer there will not be any extra fee added.

A. Our work stands out from others because we service our customers, the way we service our equipment with pride. As well as taking our time to do the job right,Rush Hour Floors & Carpet Cleaning is everything to us.

A. What we like the most, is when our customers are able to see the before and after effect. When their house's are fresh,clean, the job is done and we have their establishment looking fabulous.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Growing up and working along side, a few family members that had their own, Commercial Cleaning/ Home Improvement Services.
Leading us to where we are today owning our own business.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, we do all sort of development in our field, educating ourselves on the lastest machinery and it's use.We choose it we use it.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Nothing yet that we know of but we will surely keep u posted for any updates on anything but as of now i dont think anything will change our line of work or business not unless we hit the Mega-Million Lotto...lol

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Be a good listener and learn hands on from a good floor man that has been doing this for years.And always be willing to adapt with time on learning new things thats out there in the field.
