We offer yoga classes: gentle, moderate or mixed level.
All classes include some breath work (pranayama), modifications and variations, so students can be guided safely into postures (asana), and allow each student to explore their abilities and limitations. Every class ends with relaxation (Savasana).
Don't be intimidated by yoga!
All classes cost $10 — no registration and no committment.
Private classes are available — perfect gift for bridal party, birthday or the person just too shy to go to a public class.
