Worse customer experience in my life. They are the DMV of caterers! John Claude was suppose to deliver the food hot and cooked 15 minutes prior to the eat time and they dropped it off ice cold. It took 2-1/2 hours to cook everything in our oven in order to have the food at a decent temperature for our guests to eat. The man who dropped off the food was unprofessional creating a scene outside of my house by yelling at someone trying to pass him since he was double parked. He told the shuttle driver to pass and if he hits his car it's ok. Poor attitude from the start. When my wife sent a complaint email he never once apologized for anything and put a twist on it so nothing was his fault. Stay away at all costs!
