- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first 4 lessons are paid for by or at the first lesson. After that you may pay again 4 weeks at a time or week-to-week depending on your budgetary needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not give free sample lessons. Any sample lessons must be paid in full. If you decide to continue lessons with me, the sample lesson will be included in the first 4 lesson fee.
