Introduction: My work can be different because I constantly learning about populations that are not your typical people who would work out. I often work with people with back issues and injuries. I am trained to work with clients with osteoporosis and compromised bone density. I have also worked with elite, competitive athletes on the Olympic path.

Cathy is an outstanding pilates trainer. The first day of training she taught me how to breathe correctly and every class thereafter I learn something new about my posture, muscles and small things we all take for granted. The one on one training is extremely beneficial as she teaches you the moves as well as explains what area they target. She keeps a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Cathy Konciak is a superb instructor. She's very perceptive when it comes to noticing individual needs and makes sure you get exactly what you need out of a workout. I highly recommend her.

I have been learning pilates from Cathy for the past 15 weeks and have really enjoyed the experience. Cathy is an excellent instructor, very patient, and extremely knowledgable in her craft. I am looking forward to my next session already! It has strengthened my core, made me more aware of my posture and overall my body feels stronger. I highly recommend the training!

Cathy is trained in classic style Pilates which is rare to begin with. Using that as her foundation, add to that her years of experience and education, you have one fabulous teacher. She carefully observes my body mechanics and form and gently guides me/my body to a more appropriate position. I have ongoing knee and back issues- regular sessions with Cathy definitely helped me feel stronger and more confident. The problem with chronic joint conditions is the yoyo of reinjury and needing to regain strength. With her support I continue to get over the hurdle.

This is THE BEST! Cathy is just brlliant at helping people get their bodies in shape. My belly fat is now FLAT! I highly recommend anyone interested in Pilates to take a session with Cathy. -----Just don't try and take my appointment ! Seriously, I have done it all---this is the most effective, fun, and lasting of them all!!

    It is important to talk to the teacher and first see if you have a connection with them. It is helpful to like your pilates teacher. It is also important to talk to them about their training to see how knowledgeable they are.
