I needed excellent sliding doors and found Energy Windows, Doors & More in the Clipper Magazine. Based on the past positive reviews I called them up and gave them the job. I was very happy with Ian sales rep, he delivered on exactly what was sold. The installers Andy & John were professional and they went the extra mile in putting a flash metal on the top of the door outside so water did not get in the house. I am very happy with doors they are very sturdy and American made high quality, I highly recommend Energy Windows, Doors & More! I will definitely call them when I need windows.

Windows are great very solid and easy to use. Installers professional and fast. Lonnie was very personable and nice salesman to work with no pressure and informative. We had Energy Windows and Doors install 28 windows in our home. Windows are excellent quality and the price ( comparatively speaking) very good. The feeling of not being gouged on price - unbeatable.

Overall, my experience was positive. I spoke with the sales rep Lonny who did great job with company overview and walking us through their window products. It was a great education course and appreciated that. The quality and cost is far better than the traditional Pella and Andersen that everyone else was trying to sell us.I went through a slight bump in the road with the person at the office and felt disrespected with no apology or anything like that at that time which to me is a big thing being in sales and sales management for 20 years. I deal with customers daily and would never come off that way to a customer or potential customer.That being said, I did speak with their VP Ian and he smoothed things over. He was very apologetic which I felt at ease. When the guys came to do the installation, they were very professional and did a great job so overall happy with my purchase. After the install, another person called to see how the installation went and he was very apologetic/thankful so that meant a lot.I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for windows plus I will be purchasing sliding doors later down the road from them so that should give you my thumbs up.

Has a very good experience with Energy Windows Doors and More. They were recommended to me by a construction crew that I really respect. They were quick to measure and provide a quote. They were accurate with their estimated time for the windows to be built and their crew easily replaced 8 windows in one day. Now we have beautiful new windows that significantly reduced the noise from our side and Im sure will lower my energy bills.

From the sales team, the office, and the install crew, everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful.Sales team was honest, upfront, not pushy, and thoroughly took the time to address all questions, concerns, and go over all the details surrounding the scope of the project. Was very satisfied with the price of the job, and was delivered on budget.The project was started and finished on time within the scheduled dates.Installation team was fantastic. Answered my questions throughout the job. Super friendly, professional, on time, helpful, and took great pride in their work.Couldn't have been happier with my experience. Very impressed in a day and age where great work at a fair, honest, and totally transparent price is hard to find.
