PT Electric was amazing when I had my kitchen redone! Having had called a few different electrians for estimates & discuss my idea's of what I had envisioned, PT was the only company who took the time to explain the best way of doing job in a cost effective and professional way. Everything was broken down from material to time to manpower and Jason took the time to educate me on things I never knew were involved and why. While everyone else "yes'd me", PT explained things that weren't possible to be done and put in the extra time and efforts to come up with alternatives to create exaclty what I wanted! They went far and beyond my expectations and completed my kitchen quicker than I thought possible and saved me money!!! Thank you to P.T. ELECTRIC for a wonderful experience and being so patient and professional! Highest recommendations and I wouldnt even consider calling anyone else!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When hiring a State Licensed electrician, you want to feel comfortable from first meeting to completion. Also, you deserve a detailed and full explanation of what is required to work on your project, and if we see alternatives; perhaps more cost effective ways - we have learned it is not just about "getting money" out of a client. We want repeat business and will take the time to fully examine and explain to you what is truly necessary.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. A client should make sure that whomever they chose is not just based upon price...you want a state licensed and insured company. Reputation means a lot. We are happy to provide references having over 30 years in business - many of which are repeat clients...shows you the quality and integrity we offer. Never be afraid to ask questions, it is your home or business and you want (need) to know exactly what will be done and the kind of parts needed. Also, do not be afraid to ask about labor costs and timeframes, some jobs require more technicians depending on size of project and you should also know how long job will take (We always inform our clients if job will run longer than first expected and if there may be a change in quoted price and do not proceed without your understanding and authorization.
