Very pleased with the level of communication and workmanship. I had him install a toilet at my 85 year old parents house. He took care of everything, measured to make sure I got the right toilet, picked it up from store, removed old one , installed new one and got rid off all the garbage. I live in Oklahoma and my parents live in New Jersey so I was very nervous of maybe getting scammed or no one wanting to accept the job or taking the job and leaving my parents with a huge mess. My parents were extremely impressed with how clean he left the place , they raved at how professional and friendly he was. Also said he got the job done quick. Thank you Ylli you made all of us very happy.
