FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is per session rather than an hourly amount. Sessions typically run 90 minutes, but they have the tendency to run longer. Simply put, I'm not a clock watcher.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I accept any new client we must talk. We both have questions which need to be addressed. It is important that I meet their expectations, and that we have a good fit. I then schedule our first session. By the end of this session after I have met your family and your dog and you have seen how I interact with each we are both in a better position to decide what is best for your family in moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned multiple dogs most my life and always enjoyed training them, as well as helping friends and family with theirs. Thinking that I knew it all already I decided that I wanted to get my national certification. I completed an 18-24 month program through Animal Behavior College in under a year. I learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed the curriculum. The learning process never stops, I learn every day from every dog.
