- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every single event has a different price depending on the type of event as well as the number of hours. All event coverage are minimum 4 hours. If you only need me for 1 hour, the price will still be the same as the 4 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I would like to do is have a small chat on the phone, to put voices together and understand the whole story. That way I can capture it in the perfect journalistic way as they occur. But if I don't know small quirks or insecurities, I cannot perform to the best of my abilities. From there, ideally, it would be to meet up in person, to put the face to the name and showcase my personality. If I am coming form out of state, then it will stick to text and email communication.
