    Heath took pictures at my daughter's First Communion. I found him on this website and from the begining he was nothing but helpful and willing to do what he could to make this event as special as possible. He was a pleasure from the moment he arrived at the church. The pictures he took were beautiful and memorable. He had a way of capturing my family and friends that, just by looking at the picture, you could tell what kind of person they were. Always happy or crazy or, just very loving. He delivered much more than what was expected!! I certainly plan on giving him a call for my next event:)

    Loved it!!!

    Heath did an excellent job at my husband's 40th party. We had close to 100 friends and family members that Heath was able to capture during the celebration.

    Heath gave us a contract which he performed above our requirements. He arrived early and captured all the special moments. He was very professional and friendly. Heath delivered out photos in a timely manner and they were exceptional.

    I hired Heath to take photos at an awards ceremony. Heath was very professional. He showed up promptly, was well dressed, and took direction very well.

    The photos he took were fabulous! I could tell I was dealing with a professional just from the number of shots he took for each pose and how quickly he switched his shot distance. Within seconds he was able to capture the same pose from several different perspectives.

    I already plan to work with Heath again at an upcoming graduation. He interacted well with all of the guests and partnered well with the videographer. He was very kind and well mannered.

    Most importantly, he made it possible for me to just focus on enjoying my event while he captured it for my memories.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. The 3 most recent jobs I have shot were a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Great fun shot stills and video and created a slideshow that incorporated both. Headshot for an actor and finally a family portrait. The family portrait was challenging with two young children there was a great deal of editing involved.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Photos By Snow’s work stands out from the competition because we truly care about the client. I am a photographer that wants to deliver quality service in an accelerated manner. I am a business person that realizes it is important to set the proper expectations and then over delivery to give a feeling of true customer satisfaction. In the photography business word of mouth is the most important marketing that can be done. It is really about the clients feeling good about what they got and then trusting me by referring me to their friends and family. Anybody can take photographs but a true professional photographer delivers the whole experience not just the photos and that’s what Photos By Snow I all about.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. One of the best parts of my job is delivering the finished product and watching my clients faces light up. No matter what it took to get the job done correctly or how small the event was it is always the end product that we delivery that creates a true trusting bond between a photographer and their client. I really want to focus my efforts on making the client happy if a photographer cannot delivery that and enjoy that part of their work it shows through. The clients happiness with the value that they got is extremely important but photographs are moments in time that can never be captured again, and delivering that is truly the best part of what I do on a daily basis.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. So there are many questions that customers ask but in the photography business a couple of questions get asked over and over no matter the event and no matter the client. The top question is “Will I get the original photo files so I can do what I would like with my photos?” So my answer to this is always yes. My background is in technology and providing the digital negatives is a must for me. Another top question is “How long will it take for me to get my photos?” Another important aspect of delivering for the client’s happiness is turning around photos and all purchased items within a 2 week period.
