Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. What separates disc jockey/entertainment companies from one another? Size? Sure, that is a factor of course, however whether it's a company with four employees or 100, what separates us most is the level of customer service and ultimately, comfort. Whether you are planning a birthday party or a wedding, you want to be confident in the services you hire for the event. We have been in the business for over 20 years and continue to shine at every event we are privileged to perform at.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There really are no secrets to this business. We all have audio equipment that will play the music. We all have lighting for special effects. We hope that we all have insurance. Again, it comes down to the "personal touch" with customer service and putting forth the extra effort for the client.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you full time in your profession?
Are you insured?
What are my options with pricing/rates?
What is included with that particular rate?
Do you issue a formal proposal?
What areas do you cover?
What forms of payment do you accept?
