The exterior steps were left by a local handyman, and I was left holding the bag to apply for a building permit and find a reliable contractor. I came across Advanced Restoration LLC and met an owner, Richardo, the next day. At first impression, he sounded like knowing ins and outs of all masonary jobs with reasonable quote. He was committed to filing a permit ASAP before the temperature went down and was scheduled to start work right after getting a permit. He and his crew were working 4 full days to knock down the steps, rebuild the foundation, replace all limestone steps, waterproof every corner, and make bluestone layered doorway. He spent an 1/2 day to remove rust from rusted wrought iron railings and repainted them with oil based paint. Based on my experience, he did care about customer's expectations and budgets and was willing to go an extra mile. Even though his company started 2 years ago, Richardo has possessed 10 years of masonary work experience with the company. I definitely recommend his professionalism and workmanship for those who are in need of a masonary project within budget.
