- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as fairly priced as possible. We try to provide discounts whenever we can! Sometimes the project just doesn’t allow for it but like anything else, not all projects are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
By default we always provide a free onsite estimate visit so we can provide the most competitive estimates. Some jobs may be easier when assessed in person than the description given which can save homeowners a great deal. We had one customer save almost 40% of what the estimate would have been had we not conducted an on-site visit (for free don’t forget!)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed electrician by the NJ State Attorney General Office. Copy of license is on record online via the state website. I also have a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from NJIT.
