Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am that home inspector that does go in crawl spaces and attics (If access is open/provided/accessible, the space is wide enough and there are no safety or health risks.).

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I run into alot of people who are afraid to ask questions.... Please don't be. If you retain me I am more that willing to answer all your questions, even when the inspection is over and you think of something the next day.
If there is a question I don't know the answer to I will try and direct you to someone who can.
Most of the questions have to do with the roof, structure, heating & cooling, electrical, plumbing, basement, foundation and crawl spaces just to name a few.
