Our mini-split needed service, and Marty's was quick, easy, and professional. The technician, David, was very thorough in his explanation of the problem and solutions. What I appreciated the most was he wrote out a sheet of solutions to the problem, and the price for each, in black and white. The fixes ranged all the way from a quick/cheap "bandaid" solution, all the way through good, better, and best repair options. The prices were all reasonable, in my opinion! I appreciated being able to see all the options and price points laid out in front of me so I could make an informed decision about how to proceed. Communication was a breeze, and scheduling was easy. I highly recommend Marty's for your heating and AC needs!

We had been paying a monthly fee for a service via HomeServ for annual tune ups of our furnace and frankly, I’m not sure what for. We called Marty’s to get our whole house humidifier running again. David was our tech and during his inspection he found several items on our furnace that were not up to code. He took the time to explain everything he saw and make recommendations for repair but left it up to us what we wanted to move forward with, not pushy at all. We had no less than 3 people from HomeServ come out and look at our furnace within the past year and a half and not a single one of them noticed any of these issues or told us about them. We decided to make all of the repairs. After all was said and done the cost was about half of what he originally estimated. Our humidifier is running again and I can rest easy knowing the rest of my furnace is safe now as well. I think we have found a new professional for our HVAC needs. David was polite and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend enough!

Very happy I chose Marty’s for the replacement of my heater and air conditioner. They were professional at every step and went out of their way to make sure everything was done properly and on time, even working in the rain for hours to get the heat on! Every company should be ran like them and have their values. Personal service from Kay in the office who always gets back to you quickly and from Dave who ran the installation ; after working in the rain for hours before leaving he always asked if i had questions he could answer !! That’s great service! Thank you Marty’s for an outstanding customer experience!

I had an emergency need as my heat stopped working and the temperature outside was typical for December. I contacted Marty’s and they were able to send a tech out the same day. Dave called 30 mins before arriving to let me know when he was expected. He was punctual and wore shoe covers he brought with him. Dave was also extremely thorough in assessing the situation. He pointed out a few things that could become future problems and gave me the option of doing what was necessary to get up and running without the extra repairs. The part was able to be installed same day and the cost was reasonable. I for sure would recommend and would use them again.

I’ve been through the epa safety certification for handling refrigeration. We also hold our home improvement contractors license and our Master Hvac license.
