Wow!!!!!!! Karen is amazing!! From the moment I spoke to her on the phone about my event she was professional, willing to work with me and so eager to help. Whenever I needed to reach Karen she was easy accessible and always responded. She went above and beyond to get me the best quality balloons and looked everywhere for the colors that I requested. I called Karen last minute to help me with making a decal (which she did not need to help me with because she was hired to help me with balloon decor) and right away she told me yes and she was on her way to get the supplies to help. Karen, you are such a genuine person and it was an absolute pleasure to work with you. You made my event so beautiful. So many people complimented on your amazing work!! Everything was so tedious but she managed to do everything on her own and always had a smile on her fame. I will always refer you and work with you for my next event. Thank you again!! ❤️
