Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Many time I will have customers call me to take over, or repair a project that they hired someone esle to do. When I meet with them and get to know a little more about what happened I always ask what made them hire the first company. Almost always they will tell me that the;y were the cheapest. Without hurting thier feelings I try and explain that yuget what you pay for, and that it is always better to hire a local company with references. Even if they cost a little more. They end upsaving money in thelong run.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I were a customer I think I would like to know how to finish drywall like a professional. I have had many customers ask me to show them how to to tape and finish drywall so they could take care of minor repairs through out thier home. I always explain that just like any project the right tools make all the difference. I explain they need a 4" an 8", and a 12" taping knief and a mud pan. I also explain that they should thin the joint compound with water or even a little dish detergent. And of course be paitent.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We take pride in the level ofservice we provide to each customer. Our professional staff works with our customers to continually exceed thier expectations. Our attention to detail and unmatched quality is apparent in all our work and we treat each project like it is our own home. We understand our customers will have many question before, during, and after thier home improvement project is complete and we always take the time to answer any questions and explain what we are doing and why.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We love to make homeowners dreams come true. It is very satisfying to incorporate our customers concepts, dreams, and wishes into a workable design that exceeds thier expectaions. At the end of project whether it is a large addition or a small bath remodel our customers always compliment us on the quality of our work, the professionalism of our staff, and how quickly we complete thier project. The smiles on our customers faces says it all.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. We find that most customers are first and foremost concerned about price and what they will get for tier money. Each project is different, but we always explain to our customer exactly what they will get for thier money. The next question our customers are most concerned with is how long will thier project take. Again, each project is different, but we always give our best estimate and work very hard to ensure we meet or beat our deadline.
