A. When hiring a provider, you want to look at the appearnce of the the provider and whether or not they have affiliations or certifications. You should ask if they have CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications.
A. You need to know the person or company you are hiring is knowledgable in the services they offer. You do not want a person to come out and remove a virus on your computer and then have a backup restore the virus right back on your computer. If so, they will charge you to come out another time to remove the virus, because most computer companies do not warranty software. You want someone who gives a great warranty on hardware and software.
