- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its not a complicated pricing system but in flooring and construction you have to leave room for the undisclosed issues that may come up. Most flooring is priced by square footage and yardage. Most detail work is done by the foot such as custom work on stairs and moldings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From the time I was a young teen I have been very good with my hands. I was not the best student so I was mentored and was taught everything I know by a great carpet installer. I new from the start this was a great passion for me and I could make a decent living and life with my trade.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am a reliable and professional. I have been working for my self and my customers for over 20 years. My over head is low and i can pass on the savings to the customers. I will travel for work and free estimates.
