Denys was fantastic! My wife and I just moved into our home and had a list of tasks we needed done. Denys walked through each one with us and provided in detail how he could solve them. By Far the best Handyman I have used. Dennis Came on time did a great job installing my TV mount . Did a very professional job.His rates were much more reasonable than other Handymen I had contacted and the quality of his work was great. I had the wrong mount and he helped me pick out the one I needed and came back promptly to install it. I had other few jobs which I asked him to do while he was here and he did those too . I am very pleased with his work and will be using him often. Thank you Dennis.

Denys responded to my request for a deep cleaning and grill service. He did an exceptional job on it and cleaned it like it was his own. The grill needed a part which Denys sent me the link to order it and a quote to put it in. The pricing is fair for the service. I would definitely hire Denys again without a question.

Hi dear customers! Handyman work costs 75$ 1 hour for 1 handyman minimum of 2 hours! if you have more or 6 hours of work we provide a discount! The price includes tax and road! Plumbing and Electric, HVAC its different work and provided different price!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
if you working with us firstly! Pls send a photo and describe the problem and what needs to be done! It helps correctly estimated your project! manager gives answers between 1-2 hours!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every handyman who works for Smart Service Construction are people who have many years of experience in the construction industry and all of them have insurance, everyone passed the safety test!
