Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. As a trained chef I have the benefit of both professional training and daily experience. I gain a lot of satisfaction in teaching people new skills, techniques, and recipes.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Hearing that I've been able to make a recipe more accessible to someone who was intimidated by it before. I also love getting pictures of dishes my students have prepared.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What is the best knife to have? A sharp one! Generally all you need is a paring knife and an 8 inch chef's knife to to just about anything you need to in the kitchen.
