Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We are here to give you high quality professional service. Please feel free to ask as many questions as needed so you fully understand the services we intend to provide.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Many people aren't aware that a full bathroom can be added to an existing basement without breaking up the floor. A full bathroom can be added in this manner.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. A few good questions a customer should ask their prospective contractor are. How long has your company been in business. Is the company state licensed and fully insured. What warranty comes with the work. How long will a specific job take to complete. And of course ask for a couple references.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like the fact that every job we do is different. Also, I enjoy meeting new people everyday. I get a lot of satisfaction providing great service to my customers.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Every two years when we renew our license we attend a 5 hour continuing education class. This keeps us informed on many of the new code changes. Also we attend seminars on new changes to the HVAC equipment we install. This allows us to provide much better sevice to our customers.

Q. What are you currently working on improving?

A. Currently we ar working with new software to improve how we manage our customer base. It makes our business much more efficient when we know what we have done at each of our customers home. We also can stay on top of our warranty agreements and our seasonal and pre-season service work.
