Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We power washed a 7000sq foot home not just the sides of the home but the roof, sidewalks, windows and cleaned out the gutters. This was a pretty big job for a power washing job before we started the job I notice that the paint on the shutters was starting to peel away. I had told the customer about the paint and that when we start power washing I felt that the paint would come off. The customer said that there was some paint left over and it was no big deal she would take care of it . Well sure anuff the paint came off not alot but still you could tell. When it was time to see where the paint was what do you know could not be found (so) now what it was a custom paint to match the garage doors. I had told her at no extra cost that I would go get the paint match it and touch up all the shutters there were twenty of them the only cost to her was the cost of the paint. The next day we had about 2hrs of work to complete the job I told my workers to paint the complete shutter not just touch up the paint was a perfect match so we could have just did the touch ups but we didnt. Wow was the customer H .A.P.P.Y and so was I
