My husband I own & operate a corner deli in Philadelphia. Len was a customer of ours. Approximately six years ago, my Systemax Tiger PC (yes, the infomercial one with all the bells and whistles) started running "funny". I asked Len to look at it. He couldn't repair it in our home (he makes housecalls). He took it to his shop and returned it, not only operating much quicker but with software installed to help me keep the PC running more efficiently. This past summer the Tiger died. We called Len to see if he could resurrect the now 10 year old computer. He came to our home and diagnosed the problem as the power supply. This time he was able to repair the PC in our home. He recommended that we purchase an external hard drive and also suggested newer (free) software to keep the Tiger running. I think that Len provides excellent technical and customer service. I highly recommend him for computer repair and service.

I have dealt with Len for a long time now and can honestly say that this man goes above and beyond your needs.
