Very disappointed. The glaze is a different color than my sink and there are places where the glaze clumped. This is terrible and my sink looks worse than it did before.

A. When a customer is seeking to hire a contractor dont be afraid to ask the questions that you feel need to be answered and ask for references along with a portfolio so you can see there capabilities...
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I was a customer I would like to know if there was any formal training that my contractor has done ....

A. Our work at general home improvements stands out from others because we set a level of high quality and treat every job as if we were working on our own home

A. The thing I like most about my line of work is seeing the work through from start to finish & having the customer be totally satisfied..........

A. I would like customers to know that this profession takes alot of skill,hard work, and preparation to make a project successful....

A. I decided to get into my line of work from an extensive back ground of schooling from common hand tools to on the job training which led me to where I am now....

A. For someone looking to get into the contracting / handyman service you must be able to be a patient person that has a passion for the job at hand because there has to be a level of quality when the job is finished
