Our book rates (does not include applicable travel surcharge)
a) 1/2-hour (20-min On/10-Photo Shoot) = $400 (minimum-booking)
b) 1-hour (20-min On/20-Photo Shoot/20-Minutes On) = $600
c) 2-hours (20-min On/20-min Off/20-min On/20-min Off/20-min On/20-min Off) = $1,000
d) 3-hrs (20-min On/20-min Off/20-Mins On/20-min Off/20-min On/20-min Off/20-min On/40-Min Photo-Shoot) = $1,500
e) ALL DAY EVENT = (Same as (d) Above with 2-extra sets of On Performances & 1-set Off Performance) = $2,250 (somewhat negotiable)

Deposits and Balances (Rules apply unless otherwise agreed):
* A 30% non refundable deposit is requires for all shows and the remainder 70& balance upon arrival.
* No balance due upon arrival. There will be no showing or performance of any kind, whatsoever!
* Deposit must be a certified bank check or a postal money order from the U.S. post office.
* Your deposit will be good for 1 rain date only.

Applicable Travel Expenses (For Gas,Tolls, Food and/or Transportation):
* Additional $50 for Venues 20-149 miles outside Philadelphia
* Additional $100 between 150-249 miles
* Additional $150 between 250-349 miles
* Additional $200 between 350-449 miles
* Additional $250 between 450-549 miles
* Additional $300 between 550-649 miles
* Additional $350 between 650-749 miles
* Additional $400 between 750-849 miles
* Additional $450 between 850-949 miles
* Additional $500 between 950-1049 miles
* Additional $550 between 1050-1149 miles
* Additional $600 between 1150-1249 miles

Lodging Accpmodations (Applicable for Venues 150-miles or more from Philly or Late-Nite Performances):
a) You may be required to book and pay for a 1-night or 2-night stay at Hotel the day before the event and for same day/night of event.
b) Alternatively, you may provide a 1-night or 2-night stay with a trusted family member or friend at no cost to us.

Dr. Freeze, Scott Cummings and James Combs are producing a show called: Michael Jackson Kinf og Pop Tribute Tour which Dr. FreezeE is the Lead MJI.

Dr. Freeze has also had the privilege to have performed before the Mayor Michael Nutter on 2 separate occasions, once before the Mayor at the COFCO-Grand Opening Event in Philadelphia, and the Second time at a Homeless Shelter in Philadelphia.
