I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a cleaning of errands. The two folks who cleaned my apartment did a great job and were very nice. Also, booking the appointment online was very easy. I set up a recurring cleaning, and referred my girlfriend to them.

Susan was very organized in getting right back to me by phone, by sending me the invoice, by explaining things to me. The three of them whirled through the place and were done very quickly. The two people with her seemed very efficient and friendly. The place was quite dusty, so they did mostly a very good job. Some places were not cleaned so thoroughly, and I felt like Susan kept explaining what they COULDN'T do--she seemed kind of hassled by things and emphasized what they wouldn't do rather than focusing on what they would do. Anyway, it was great to have the place cleaned, as I have been ill this winter and got behind on things. And the price was reasonable. I was happy to come home to a clean place.

This customer had a lot of clutter and excessive dust, she was asking the cleaners to move furniture and other things, I had to tell her that that is not what we do, however, we did move some of the things and do extra things for her. When someone is continuously asking you to do what you are not suppose to do, I would have to tell her, that's not what we do.
