Nick has a substantial talent that can be seen all over the web. Not only does he capture great footage in the field when on a client site, he takes it to the next level by editing it in a way that is uniquely relevant to the individual project he is involved in. There is a reason why I have always considered Nick my weapon of choice in online video, his process is methodical and the results always over deliver, not to mention he is "good people". Give him a shout, you won't be disappointed.

"Hey all you Music Creators. If you are
looking to record one song or a complete
project , you can't make any better choice
then "9 South Productions" Jim and
his family offer a relaxed atmosphere,
Southern Hospitality, and a great product
at a very very reasonable price. I have
recorded in studios from Texas to
Nashville. The fun and enjoyment I had
working with Jim was by far the best
studio experience of my recording history."
    Thanks Jim,

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My videos are usually produced in the "Documentary" style. This means I like the video to flow naturally without a script...without a strong pitch...without coming off too much like a commercial.

I want people to speak from the heart. I do my best to show the passsion that people have for their business and/or what ever they are promoting with web video.

Another thing that stands out is my audio. To me, audio is key to a successful video. I started in this business as a musician, songwriter and recording artist. I am first and foremost an audio guy.
My audio equipment is super professional and I mix and master the audio in everyone of my videos.

My twin brother, Jim, and I are constantly writing and recording instrumental music. I use my original songs in all of my videos. I don't use stock/generic/royalty free tracks that have been used thousands of times. I use music that is unique to each client's video!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love the fun that I have with people during the video shoot.

You know, the thought of having a stranger show up with a video camera is scary and nerve-racking for most people.

However, once I get there, people soon realize that the video shoot is a quick, fun and easy process.

I say, just be yourself and speak from the heart. No need to prepare scripted lines. We just have a brief conversation. It's okay to make mistakes! That's what the editing is for!

I also love editing the footage into an awesome video that tells a story and makes the business and people shine!

I am doing what I love to do for a living!
It's my passion and it's a lot of fun!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. "Was that good or should I say something different?"

When I show up a local business in the Jersey/Philly area, people don't know what to expect. The unknown is scary. Most people are camera shy. This is most likely the first time they are being professionally video taped.

I reassure my clients that it is okay to make mistakes and errors, because I am going to edit the best footage that I capture.
No worries. The shoot is not live TV! LOL!
You can even curse if you want to, I will edit it out.

I set a laid back mood. I am very laid back by nature and I am a positive down-to-earth kind of dude. This helps the video process run smoothly. I have fun and I make sure the people I am working with have fun. If we are not having fun, I am doing something wrong, because video production is suppose to be fun and that is why I do it.
