Aja is a professional delight to work with: the planning, the details and general organization. She provided the needed documentation in a timely manner. She arrived on the location with plenty of time to setup in time to begin the program promptly. The administrative work was just smooth operations. The performance itself, was just excellent!!! We received more than our monies worth. Aja's voice is like a balm for the soul... a place to rest one's weary head that we did not know we needed. Her storytelling as she wove her way through the musical genre kept us spellbound. Here is a quote from our management: " Her music and story took us on a journey, inspiring us in our work. Aja did a wonderful job singing at my father’s Celebration of Life. She, along with her ensemble, performed songs we selected for the service after only a short time of learning them. Beautiful and moving renditions of dad’s favorites. Her voice is smooth and sultry, striking the right balance for the occasion. Everyone was impressed. Her ensemble was outstanding as well. Top tier musicians. I cannot recommend Aja Moyé Music!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that while we do offer competitive pricing, we're flexible and can tailor the makeup of the band, etc. based on your needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client has emailed or messaged me with the basics, I like to have a quick Meet & Greet call to better understand the vision for the event. On this initial call, we'll discuss the type of music and band formation desired, duration of the performance, pricing and more. If there's a mutual fit and we'd like to move forward, we'll issue a contract and take a 50% deposit to hold the date. Follow-up calls, questions, etc. are welcome once the date is confirmed. The remaining balance will be due following my performance on the day of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Bachelor of Music, Jazz Vocal Performance - Master's of Business Administration, Marketing and Entrepreneurship - Beginnings Workshop for Actors and Musicians | Ossining, NY - The Celebrity Experience | Los Angeles, CA And! Let's not forget the hundreds of shows I've done up until this point. Experience is the best teacher :)
