- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system used for my service is very simple. For personal chef clients, I have two basic meal plans. The first is a 3 by 4 service (3 days worth of entrees with some side dishes, four servings each), and a 5 by 4 service (5 entrees with sides, 4 servings each). The 3 by four costs $325.00, cost of food included in the price, and the 5 by 4 costs $450.00. I use only the freshest fruits and vegetables, organic whenever possible, grass fed beef, poultry that has not been fed antibiotics or growth hormones and wild caught fish. My meals are based on seasonal ingredients, assuring the freshest meals possible. For my catering services, contact me for prices. I email an interactive menu to my clients who can fill them out online and send them back to me. I personally work with all my customers to give them the best dining experience possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health in New York City, and continue to take classes there to widen my knowledge of different ethnic cuisines and cooking techniques. I am always experimenting with taking classic dishes from many regions of the world and substituting whole, organic ingredients to make them a healthier choice.

My most common jobs are catering retreats and parties, personal cheffing, health-supportive cooking classes, wellness seminars and food lectures.
