Dedication and Inspiration. When I see or hear John's name, that's what comes to mind! I haven't been to any boot camp sessions with John, but, I have been following his advice for the last 9 years. I emailed him asking for his help and although we live in different states and have never met in person, he is truly my "life saver". I was overweight, had no energy, and extremely high blood pressure and cholesterol. I followed his advice and changed my eating habits. I started exercising, just walking at first ,taking small steps that lead to a more advanced program and the weight started coming off. From 221 lbs to 170 lbs in less than a year. (I've kept the weight off all this time) I no longer have high cholesterol or high bp and I have no worries about gaining the weight back! I now have the knowledge I need to stay healthy and fit! There is soo much more to my story but I won't take up the whole page! John is an awesome motivator, a great inspiration and a HUGE blessing in my life. You simply can't go wrong working with him!

Training with Sarge (Aka - John Notte) was by far one of the most motivating experiences of my life. His methods and program were designed to push me to the limit and instill the desire to push harder than I ever have in a workout. Sarge is as professional as they come and cares about your results. I would recommend Sarge's program to anyone interested in changing their life.

I agree with Wayne, John always motivates me. when ever I would say I can't, John always make sure I can. I believe he is well trained and know how far to push a person to their limits with out pushing to the extend of injury. I have results in my measurement to show that his dedication is well worth it. John has also taught me to have a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) not only dose it help with Boot Camp it helps in everyday life. Thanks John, and keep up the good work.
