- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I catered a function for a seniors outing, it was fantastic. I loved talking with the people and exchanging recipes. I hired a musician who played songs that were from their era. They sang and ate and ate and sang. They invited us back for their next event. I promised that I would make one of the dishes that they gave me the recipe for. Needless to say, we'll be back.
