We are both licensed and EPA Certified Renovators (Required to service homes that was built pre 1978). We do carry $ 1,000,000.00 General Liability insurance and we create dreams in Home Remodeling- We do A to Z in home improvements. We enjoy putting smiles on our customers face, when we complete a project. We enjoy making new friends out of our former clients. I am very pleased with the services provided to me by Sam and his crew at the Alara Construction. They have completed an 16 X 22 addition for me and it was a pleasant experience. They obtained all the needed permits, challenged all obstacles with the township and the zoning dept. The were absolutely wonderful. I love my new addition and I would recommend them to everyone, who needs remodeling done! Anne

Our project is a complete basement remodel for a mother-in-law apartment. Includes a bedroom, living room, full bath and a second family room. Entertained 3 contractors and based on the proposal, creative design, materials proposed and value in pricing - Alara was selected for the project. Very impressed thus far...3 weeks in and all framing, plumbing and electrical is completed. Sam and crew are top notch. Communication is excellent...coordination with township inspectors is perfect, and the workmanship is incredible. I will update this review when the job is finished and will be happy to share pictures and provide additional detail. Can't wait for Mom to move in....she will be very comfortable in her new space. From time to time, we do attend to manufacturers seminars, visit expo's, and attend all regulated classes to keep up with the current technology and offer our clients todays trend and styles.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Additions, Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations, Finished Basements, Tiling, Siding, Roofing, Total Renovations.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Whom ever they hire, everyone should make sure that the contractor is properly licensed and insured in their field. Also, customer should check with bbb to get that contractors rating. If it's below B- , customer should stay away from that contractor!
